Széki Judit vagyok, 2017 óta foglalkozom hivatásszerűen ingatlanokkal, de rutinos építkezőként már 20 éve gyűjtöm a tapasztalatokat. Gépészmérnök, mérnök-közgazdász és okleveles ingatlanközvetítő végzettséggel rendelkezem. Az   egyetemi évek alatti gyárlátogatások során már lenyűgözve álltam a monumentális ipari épületek előtt, ami azóta is az egyik fő érdeklődési területem. Amatőr fotósként a régi gyárépületek és a több száz éves alkotások a kedvenc témám.

Ingatlanközvetítőként főként Budapesten és a környező agglomerációban vagyok aktív, de változatos kínálattal rendelkezem az egész ország nem lakossági ingatlanaiból. Szakterületem: ipari és kereskedelmi létesítmények eladása és bérbeadása (iroda, raktár, telephely, csarnok stb.), fejlesztési területek, beruházói telkek, illetve speciális igények alapján ingatlanok felkutatása.

I'm Judit Széki, I've been dealing with real estate professionally since 2017, but I've been gathering experience as a constructor for more than 20 years through own projects. I have degrees in mechanical engineering and in economics, and I also have a real estate brokerage license. During factory visits in my university years, I was always fascinated by the monumental industrial buildings, which has been one of my main areas of interest ever since.
As an amateur photographer, one of my favorite subjects is the industrial loft and hundred- year-old works. As a real estate agent, I am mainly active in the Buda region and the surrounding agglomeration, but I have a diverse range of non-residential properties throughout the country.
My area of expertise: sale and lease of industrial and commercial facilities (offices, warehouses, premises, halls, etc.), development areas, investment plots, and searching for properties based on special needs. Mein Name ist Judit Széki, ich beschäftige mich seit 2017 beruflich mit Immobilien, sammle jedoch seit 20 Jahren Erfahrung als routinierte Bauherrin. Ich habe Maschinenbau und Wirtschaftswissenschaft studiert und eine Ausbildung zum Immobilienmakler absolviert.
Schon während meiner Studienzeit war ich bei Werksbesichtigungen von den monumentalen Industriebauten fasziniert, die seitdem eines meiner Hauptinteressengebiete sind.
Als Amateurfotograf sind Industrielofts und jahrhundertealte Werke eines meiner Lieblingsmotive. Als Immobilienmakler bin ich hauptsächlich in der Region Buda und der umliegenden Agglomeration tätig, verfüge jedoch über ein vielfältiges Angebot an Nichtwohnimmobilien im ganzen Land.
Mein Spezialgebiet: Verkauf und Vermietung von Industrie- und Gewerbeanlagen (Büros, Lagerhallen, Gelände, Hallen usw.), Entwicklungsgebieten, Investitionsgrundstücken und Suche nach Immobilien laut besonderen Bedürfnissen.
